A name, location, or other term entered in a search tool is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. McCurtain County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s handling of a submitted query is controlled by its privacy terms.

If you email us or use a contact form, we retain the message and the contact details supplied with it so we can review and answer the request. Contact messages are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
